Riverhouse and Riverrun

Located on the Winooski River in the town of the same name, this complex consists of two buildings located side by side. Both buildings have four habitable floors above two levels of parking.
The building is inspired by the morphology of the old factories nearby. The project has obtained a LEED certification. With a size of 96,122 SF (phase 1) and 84,500 SF (phase 2), it was realized in collaboration with Youkel Architects.
