Redstone loft

Located on the University of Vermont campus, this residence consists of two buildings. The two buildings, totaling 180,000 ft², were carefully sited to take advantage of the gently rolling terrain.

The common service areas are fully glazed. Like a lantern, they illuminate the link between the two residential pavilions. Built in collaboration with the American firm Youkel Architects, the project is LEED Silver certified
